If you’re planning to make a withdrawal, navigate to the Payout page to get started. Here’s how to proceed:
Select Cryptocurrency: Begin by choosing the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw from the available options.
Enter Recipient's Address: Carefully input the recipient’s account address where you want to send the funds. Double-check the address to avoid any errors.
Specify the Amount: Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
View Actual Amount: After entering the amount, the system will automatically calculate and display the actual amount that will be transferred after deducting any applicable fees.
After clicking "Payout," you’ll be directed to a Payout Confirmation signature request on your AkashicLink. This is where you can review all the details of your withdrawal before finalizing it. Carefully double-check the recipient’s address, the selected cryptocurrency, and the withdrawal amount to ensure everything is correct. If everything looks good, click "Confirm" to proceed with the withdrawal. This extra step helps prevent errors and ensures that your funds are sent exactly where and how you intend.
After selecting "Confirm" and completing the signature process in the AkashicLink pop-up window, you will be presented with a confirmation modal. This modal serves to notify you that your request has been successfully submitted, providing assurance that all steps have been completed properly. It also include additional details about your request, allowing you to keep track of the status or follow up if necessary.
