Transaction depsoit/payout times on our system depend primarily on the underlying [L1](https://docs.akashicpay.com/terminology#layer-1) blockchain networks used due to their unique architecture and confirmation requirements. The following outlines the expected processing times for transactions on the Tron, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and the Solana networks. Transactions made via [**AkashicChain**](https://docs.akashicpay.com/terminology#akashicchain) add minimal latency to the times described below, so they are reflective of the expected deposit/payout timescales.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Network-Specific Confirmation Requirements</mark>

#### **Tron (TRX) Network**

* **Required Confirmations**: 19 blocks
* **Estimated Time**: 60-90 seconds
* **Block Time**: Approximately 3 seconds per block
* **Notes**: Under optimal network conditions, transactions may complete closer to the 60-second mark. During periods of network congestion, processing times may extend toward the upper estimate.

#### **Ethereum (ETH) Network**

* **Required Confirmations**: 12 blocks
* **Estimated Time**: 140-200 seconds
* **Block Time**: Approximately 12-14 seconds per block
* **Notes**: Ethereum transaction times can fluctuate based on network traffic and gas prices. Higher gas fees may result in faster processing during congested periods.

#### **BNB Smart Chain (BSC) Network**

* **Required Confirmations**: 12 blocks
* **Estimated Time**: 12-24 seconds
* **Block Time**: Approximately 1-2 seconds per block

#### Solana (SOL) Network

* **Required Confirmations**: 32 blocks
* **Estimated Time**: 10-20 seconds
* **Block Time**: Approximately 0.4-0.6 seconds per block

Several factors can influence the actual time required for transaction confirmation:

1. **Network Congestion**: High transaction volumes can extend processing times.
2. **Gas Fees (Ethereum)**: Higher gas prices typically result in faster transaction processing.
3. **Transaction Complexity**: More complex transactions may require additional processing time.
4. **Node Synchronization**: The sync status of nodes processing the transaction.

Our [L2](https://docs.akashicpay.com/terminology#layer-2) to L2 transactions don't depend on [L1](https://docs.akashicpay.com/terminology#layer-1) networks but are subject to [**AkashicChain's**](https://docs.akashicpay.com/terminology#akashicchain) node consensus and offer seamless transactions with transaction times on the order of \~100ms.
