The Account section is your financial control center, providing access to Overview, Deposit, History Record, and Balance Record features for efficient account management.

Overview

The Overview section provides a comprehensive snapshot of your financial position within the AkashicPay ecosystem:

• View all cryptocurrencies currently held in your account

• Monitor your total available balance

• Track pending settlements

• Review pending payouts

Currently, AkashicPay supports the Ethereum and Tron networks, including the following assets:

• USDT (ETH)

• USDT (TRX)

• ETH

• TRX

This consolidated view gives you a comprehensive understanding of your account's current status at a glance, making it easy to monitor your portfolio's performance across different cryptocurrencies and networks.

Deposit

The Deposit section enables you (Business Partner) to add funds to your AkashicPay account through a straightforward process:

1. Select the cryptocurrency you'd like to deposit

2. Hover over and choose the desired option

3. Copy the provided address

4. Use the address to deposit your funds from an external wallet or exchange

Important: Always select the correct network to ensure the address displayed is accurate for your deposit. Depositing to the wrong network could result in a loss of funds, so carefully double-check your selection before proceeding. Especially, be careful of depositing mainnet currency to testnets.

Each supported cryptocurrency has its own unique deposit address, ensuring that your transactions are properly routed and credited to your account. The interface clearly indicates which network each address belongs to, helping prevent cross-network deposit errors.

You can use any crypto wallet (e.g MetaMask, TronLink) to make a deposit to the deposit address provided. When you make a deposit through this process it uses your primary KeyPair and will not be charged.

History Record

The History Record section offers a detailed and comprehensive log of all your financial activities within the AkashicPay ecosystem. This powerful tracking tool documents every transaction, whether it occurs on Layer-1 or Layer-2, providing complete visibility over your financial activity.

Each transaction entry includes:

Field	Description
Action	Specifies whether the transaction is a Deposit or Payout
Status	Indicates whether the transaction is Completed, Pending, or Failed
Network	Shows the network used (Akashic, Ethereum, or Tron)
Currency	Lists the cryptocurrency involved (USDT, ETH, TRX, etc.)
Amount	Displays the exact amount sent or received
Total	Reflects the total amount, including any applicable fees
Fees	Outlines the fees paid (varies for Layer-1 vs Layer-2 transactions)
Tx ID (L1)	Provides the Layer-1 transaction hash for reference
Tx ID (L2)	Provides the Layer-2 transaction hash for reference
Date	Records the exact time and date of the transaction

Transaction Filtering

The History Record section includes powerful filtering capabilities to help you locate specific transactions. These filters allow you to narrow your search by:

• Date range

• Transaction type

• Status

• Network

• Currency

This flexible filtering system makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for, whether you're reviewing recent activity or investigating a specific transaction. With these tools, managing and analyzing your transaction history becomes more efficient and tailored to your specific needs.

Balance Record

The Balance Record section provides a detailed chronological log of all changes to your Akashic Account's balance over time. It meticulously tracks every transaction, adjustment, and activity that affects the total amount of funds available in your account.

Each entry in the Balance Record includes:

Type	Specifies whether the transaction is a Deposit or Payout
Network	Shows the network used (Akashic, Ethereum, or Tron)
Original Balance	Displays the balance before the transaction
Deposit/Withdrawal	Indicates whether funds were added or removed
Updated Balance	Shows the new balance after the transaction
Balance Currency	Displays the cryptocurrency affected
Created Time	Records the exact time and date of the balance update
